Sales Development/Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork & Partnerships)

Intelvision is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to generate high-quality leads, manage Upwork channels, and contribute to building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

— Manage assigned Upwork profiles, ensuring all outreach aligns with defined positioning, services, and messaging frameworks;

— Source and identify relevant opportunities on Upwork, focusing on ICP fit, deal size and overall business potential;

— Prepare and submit high-quality bids, adapting messaging when needed to improve relevance and response rates;

— Maintain a consistent bidding pipeline, balancing volume with quality and conversion potential;

— Perform initial qualification of opportunities based on relevance, budget, and scope realism, focusing on high-conversion leads;

— Create and maintain accurate lead records in CRM (HubSpot), capturing key context and ensuring proper pipeline hygiene;

— Handoff qualified leads to Sales or SDR teams in a structured and timely manner;

— Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share insights on lead quality, client needs, and objections, contributing to the continuous improvement of outreach strategy;

— Track key performance metrics (bids, replies, conversions) and continuously optimize sourcing, targeting, and messaging;

— Follow internal processes and maintain discipline in daily activities to ensure consistent and scalable lead generation;

Requirements:

— Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive sales channels end-to-end, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and long-term client value;

— Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation, with a solid understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management and lead qualification (ICP, budget, scope);

— Client-centric approach with a strong service mindset: ability to build trust, understand client needs, and clearly articulate value rather than just “sell”;

— Strong discovery and listening skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and identify high-potential opportunities;

— Solid understanding of IT services (e.g., web development, cloud solutions, AI, integrations) and ability to translate client needs into business opportunities (no coding required);

— Experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and maintaining structured, accurate pipeline data;

— Proven ability to handle objections and keep conversations engaging;

— Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow, optimize, and scale sales processes, as well as track key metrics (bids, responses, conversions);

— Hands-on experience with Upwork or similar platforms, including profile positioning, writing effective proposals, and identifying high-quality projects (strong advantage);

— Excellent communication skills (C1–C2 English), both written and spoken;
