Now we are looking for Senior Project Manager to join our team!

About the project:

Through AI-based automation, our client simplifies today’s tedious, necessary routine analog work in the construction & infrastructure industry. This raises customer efficiency to a whole new level — automatically simple.

The solutions enable the convergence of IT and infrastructure and thus tap into a gigantic growth market, which is driven by a shortage of skilled workers and cost pressure.

Responsibilities:

— Own operational project management and delivery, working closely with the CEO and technical team

— Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and recurring Agile ceremonies

— Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Scrum framework and PM infrastructure

— Coordinate stakeholders across customer service, marketing, platform, and operations teams

— ВА activities (user stories, acceptance criteria)

— Ensure transparent communication, alignment on priorities, and delivery expectations

— Establish documentation standards, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards

— Drive process improvements and change management initiatives across teams

— Conduct monthly 1:1s, provide feedback, and monitor team morale

— Take full ownership of operational delivery to free up CEO time for strategic focus

Requirements:

— 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in software or product development

— Strong practical experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies

— Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different teams and stakeholders

— Experience building PM processes and structure from scratch

— Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

— Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

— Ability to evaluate tools, recommend improvements, and gain team buy-in

— Proven experience with change management and process adoption

— English – B2+ or higher

Nice to have:

— German language skills

— Experience with Azure ecosystem

— Familiarity with Angular & .NET

— Background in AI or automation projects

— Experience with multi-system integrations

— Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification

— Experience in values-driven or mission-oriented companies
