Custom Software Development Services, from discovery to production

Intelvision provides custom software development services for a product idea, an aging platform or a defined delivery brief. We run discovery, design the architecture, assemble the team and own the build through launch and ongoing improvement.

Our custom software development services

Six software development services, from an unsettled idea to a system already in production. Most clients start with one of the first two and stay for the rest.

  • Deep Discovery

The first paid step when the brief is not settled yet. You get the scope, the architecture direction and the delivery plan the build will actually run on.

    • Business outcome and success measures agreed before scope
    • Architecture direction and integration constraints established
    • Prioritised delivery plan with a commercial model attached
  • MVP and product development

A first production release that real users can judge, not a prototype. The smallest version that proves the product, on an architecture ready for the next one.

    • Scoped to the decisions the release has to settle
    • Production grade from the first release
    • A roadmap that survives contact with the first users
  • Platform development

Long-lived systems with real data, real integrations and more than one audience. One cross-functional team holds the architecture and runs delivery release after release.

    • Cross-functional team with named ownership
    • Architecture, data model and integrations held together
    • Release planning and quality built into delivery
  • Migration and modernization

An aging platform that has to keep serving the business while it changes. Delivery never stops, and the old system is retired only once the new one carries the load.

    • Incremental replacement instead of one risky cut-over
    • Data migration verified before anything is switched off
    • A clear case for what gets rewritten and what does not
  • Major features and integrations

A defined change inside a system you already run, built to your codebase, your release process and your constraints, with the integration risk found before launch.

    • Scoped against the system as it is, not as it was documented
    • Third-party and internal integrations owned end to end
    • Handover written for the team that keeps it running
  • Support and managed improvement

After launch the work changes shape but does not stop. Spare capacity goes into improvement rather than caretaking.

    • Agreed response expectations and a visible backlog
    • Dependency, security and platform upkeep scheduled
    • Improvement capacity reserved and reported on

How it works

A Statement of Work covers the build. Fixed price when the scope is settled, time and materials when it genuinely is not. If nobody can write the scope yet, discovery is contracted first and separately.

  1. 1

    Tell us the outcome

The product, the platform problem or the delivery brief. A complete specification is not required.

  2. 2

    We propose the first step

Discovery, a defined build or a smaller first phase, with the commercial model that fits it.

  3. 3

Start with the smallest useful commitment

Usually discovery or a first delivery phase, so the decision to continue rests on real work.

  4. 4

    Build with named owners

Named people, agreed measures and a release cadence you can hold us to.

Already building, and it is not going well?

When delivery is slipping, the architecture is blocking decisions, or a vendor transition has to happen without stopping the work, the Strike Team diagnoses the constraint first and stays accountable for the fix.
