Our pricing is straightforward, with monthly rates ranging from €6,500 to €9,000 per developer, depending on the experience level (Junior, Middle, Senior) and skill set required. There are no hidden fees, setup charges, or recruitment costs. The pricing includes everything from salaries and benefits to tools, workspace, and continuous training.
How many hours per week do developers work?
Our developers are dedicated full-time (40 hours per week) to your project. However, we are flexible if you require part-time engagements, starting with a minimum of 40 hours per month.
What happens if the developer isn’t a good fit?
If the developer does not meet your expectations within the first month, we’ll replace them at no additional cost. Our goal is to provide you with a developer who not only has the right skills but also aligns with your team and project goals.
Are there any upfront costs or fees?
