About the company
Jincom specializes in delivering Visual HSE communication solutions to organizations with diverse workforces worldwide. The company focuses on creating tools that ensure safety and compliance in high-risk industries, providing customized e-learning and content management systems tailored to the unique needs of their clients.
Project Overview
Jincom partnered with Intelvision to develop a web application that supports posting, editing, and viewing HSE content. The application required such fundamental features as reporting, service integration, analytics, and a white-label solution for customizable client branding. Intelvision’s Talent as a Service model provided a dedicated team to bring Jincom’s vision to life efficiently.
The app is a white-label solution in which each client/construction company has their own skinned version of the site with its own content loaded. Different clients will have different versions for their own organizations and with their own branding and contain their own unique pool of HSE content and HSE e-learning.
The app’s structure allows Super Admins on the Jincom side to give access to the app for the Client or the Company, assist with setting the needed hierarchy and structure, and customize the design. This option is also available for the Client/Company Admins without the Super Admin assistance.

Challenges and Pains
Tight Time Frame for MVP
Jincom needed to deliver an MVP within just three months. This required assembling a skilled development team quickly to meet the ambitious timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
Hiring and Retaining Talent
Finding and onboarding a team of experienced developers with industry-specific expertise was a major hurdle. Jincom didn’t have the internal resources and time to navigate lengthy recruitment processes.
Building a Stable and Skilled Team for SMBs
As a small business, Jincom faced challenges in maintaining a long-term, stable team that could adapt to evolving project demands.
Specialized Skills and Industry Knowledge
