In April 2022, Clutch named Intelvision among the top staff augmentation services. This post tells that story as we announced it, then adds what has happened since and how to read a Clutch ranking if you are choosing a staff augmentation partner today.
At the time, we described ourselves as a growing team of dedicated professionals offering services from software development consulting and support and maintenance to web application development. We believed then, as now, that a company can only thrive in its niche when its technology keeps up, and that expertise is proven by experience, by the knowledge of every team member and by results.
Top staff augmentation services by Clutch
We had earned the respect of our clients, international institutions and review platforms, and in April 2022 we were happy to announce that Intelvision had been recognized by Clutch, a business-to-business review and market research platform based in Washington, DC. We received the award as one of the top staff augmentation services.

Considering how many IT companies exist worldwide, the award meant a great deal to us. Clutch today lists 350,000+ service providers and reports 12 million+ active users a year, so standing out among them is not a small thing. The recognition also pushed us to get better. New technologies keep appearing, and we committed to keeping up with them so our clients get the best solutions. We hoped the following year would bring new challenges and opportunities to develop our craft.

We were also proud to be a five-star company on Clutch, and thankful to every client who took the time to write a review. None of it would have been possible without them, and that is why the award mattered so much: it showed that our clients were satisfied with our work. You can read the reviews on our Clutch profile.

What happened since 2022
Updated October 2026.
The five-star streak continued. Later in 2022 we shared two new five-star reviews, from the German construction software company Visoplan and from a software company in Dublin, in Intelvision keeps its five-star streak alive on Clutch. Today our Clutch rating stands at 5.0 across 14 verified reviews.
Staff augmentation is still at the core. Intelvision began by placing senior developers in client teams, and that model still runs today. Our engineers work inside the client's repositories, Jira and standups, with direct access to the people making product decisions. As we publish them today, the numbers behind that model are:
- 100+ software products delivered.
- 3+ years, the average client partnership.
- 89% team retention.
- 2 to 4 days to see the first candidates, and 12 to 18 days from brief to an engineer on the project across published engagements.
- A published rate of €6,500 to €9,000 per developer per month, by seniority, with no upfront fees.
Long engagements, not placements. Several partnerships that started around the time of the award are still running. AVIDENO, a Swiss no-code platform, has worked with us since June 2022. We filled its first role in 7 days, and the engagement has continued for more than three years, with a 40% reduction in development cost. Thrive, an Irish accounting platform for property managers, has worked with one of our full-stack developers since January 2022; onboarding took 12 days, and the work has run for more than 30 months. In another engagement, a Swiss project-delivery consultancy building an AI product got a senior back-end developer in three business days.
Beyond staff augmentation. Next to staff augmentation, Intelvision now builds and modernizes software, implements AI in real business workflows, and runs the Strike Team, senior engineering leaders who step in when a project is slipping, a team is stuck or a large investment decision is ahead.
How to read a Clutch ranking when you choose a staff augmentation partner
An award is a useful first filter, not a decision. If you are comparing staff augmentation providers on Clutch or anywhere else, look past the badge:
- Read the reviews, not only the score. Look for projects similar to yours in size, technology and team setup, and check how recent the reviews are.
- Check what the reviewers say about people. In staff augmentation you buy engineers, so comments on communication, seniority and how quickly problems were fixed matter more than comments on price.
- Ask for published case studies with team sizes, time to hire and duration, and for a reference call with a current client.
- Interview the engineers yourself and ask what happens if one of them does not fit.
Our guide on how to extend your software development team covers the full selection process, costs and the first 30 days.
